My visit from a few months ago to the small Italian joint by Daikanyama. Really good produce used and preparations simple but still retaining the classic character. Chef worked at Osteria Francescana and the precision of the output really shows through.. the counter is a little warm because of the proximity to the kitchen, but I recommend sitting there for the full experience

Armonico 1st visit — chef used to work at Osteria Francescana in Modena. Very nice Italian cuisine with Japanese ingredients. The shirako with tomato sauce and basil paste was interesting. Loved the garlic oyster pasta and the aged pork shoulder. Only complaint is that the counter seats are a bit too hot due to proximity to the stoves. •
