16 Egon Muller Spatlese — zesty refreshing acidity we’ll balanced with the RS, young and delicate but not lacking concentration, needs time to develop more depth.
19 Tremblay Tres Girard — my first 19 vintage from Tremblay, you but approachable. Floral, elegant, very fine tannins. Evident new oak which can benefit from clearing. Impressive concentration and length for a village wine.

Sunday brunch with some fine bottles. First time tasting the 18 vintage from Tremblay and CLB. Both got ripe yet fresh nose, juicy fruit and soft spices. Though the CLB has got a slightly firmer structure, fuller palate and more energy. Curious how they will evolve.
