Erba da Nakahigashi 1st visit — Ristorante Arnolfo and Alain Ducasse trained chef with an emphasis on vegetables. The minestrone prepared using coffee siphon and the prosciutto wrapped truffle soufflé were both delicious and original. The special white truffle menu made the dining experience even more luxurious and satisfying. Would love to revisit in a different season to see what Chef Nakahigashi san can achieve with other ingredients. •
