焼き鳥のおまかせコースは「茶太郎おまかせフルコース」「茶太郎６本コース」「茶太郎８本コース」と３つに別れている。全て、ストップ自己申告制のおまかせスタイル。長期飼育鶏の種類としてホロホロ鳥、比内地鶏、かすみ鴨、もみじの鶏肉を使用し、焼き鳥や他の鳥料理も提供、コースの〆にそぼろ丼や鶏そばも味わえる。お店のコンセプトに合わせて「おいしい焼鳥とおいしいお酒」のコンビネーションも最高との事。

There are three Omakase yakitori courses: "Full Chataro Omakase Course", "6-piece Chataro Course", and "8-piece Chataro Course". All are Omakase-style with it being left to the customers to tell the chef when they're ready to stop. The restaurant uses long-established chicken species including: Horohoro chicken, Hinai Jidori chicken, Kasumigamo chicken, and Momiji chicken. Yakitori and other chicken dishes are available and to finish the course customers can choose either a Soboro-don (minced chicken on rice) or chicken Soba. In line with the restaurant's concept, their combination of "delicious yakitori and sake" is amazing!
