There are three Omakase courses, all centered on yakitori: "Chataro Full Omakase Course", "Chataro 6-Piece Chicken Course" and "Chataro 8-Piece Chicken Course", all served at the customer's pace.
The birds used are Horohoro chicken, Hinai Jidori chicken, Kasumigamo duck, Momiji chicken, and more, all of which are slow-reared birds. A selection of rare chicken parts is also available, including red meat, back liver, thymus, and Sori (chicken oysters). As it is also the restaurant's mission to have "delicious sake", sake pairings are also highly recommended.

레스토랑에서는 야키토리를 메인으로 하는 “차타로 오마카세 풀코스”, “차타로 6꼬치 코스”, “차타로 8꼬치 코스” 3개의 오마카세 코스를 제공하고 있으며 손님의 페이스에 따라 서브됩니다.
요리에 사용되는 닭은 뿔닭, 히나이토종닭, 가스미가모오리, 모미지닭 등을 사용하고 있으며 모두 장기 사육된 닭입니다. 붉은 고기, 등간, 흉선, 소리(치킨 오이스터) 등 평소에 잘 접할 수 없는 닭고기 부위도 맛보실 수 있습니다. 레스토랑의 또 다른 미션은 “맛있는 사케”를 제공하는 것이기 때문에 사케 페어링도 적극 추천하고 있습니다.

the last yakitori we went to this trip was the chataro, a shop which is known for their use of different origins of chicken for each cut, as well as a mix of duck and its innards rather than just chicken in its course.
this was my least impressed one of the three, taisho seems to prefer the use of high and strong fire for his grills which made the room quite smokey and stuffy, but on top of that some items were burnt or overcooked. pieces were also rather large in size so we were pretty... More

this was my least impressed one of the three, taisho seems to prefer the use of high and strong fire for his grills which made the room quite smokey and stuffy, but on top of that some items were burnt or overcooked. pieces were also rather large in size so we were pretty stuffed by the end of it without having any of the rice courses. wasn’t fond of most the tsumami, i liked the tataki and fried breast in dashi but was particularly disappointed with the overcooked and dry chicken drumstick with cheese which is one of their signatures. with the skewers, it got a bit overwhelmingly smoke heavy with a burnt taste towards the end of the course, especially with the tsukune and quail egg. but enjoyed some pieces in the start like the breast and particularly the duck breast lining. also really loved their lemon sour and variety of citrus sours like mikan and kumquat. a good try, but not my favourite.

There are three Omakase yakitori courses: "Full Chataro Omakase Course", "6-piece Chataro Course", and "8-piece Chataro Course". All are Omakase-style with it being left to the customers to tell the chef when they're ready to stop. The restaurant uses long-established chicken species including: Horohoro chicken, Hinai Jidori chicken, Kasumigamo chicken, and Momiji chicken. Yakitori and other chicken dishes are available and to finish the course customers can choose either a Soboro-don (minced chicken on rice) or chicken Soba. In line with the restaurant's concept, their combination of "delicious yakitori and sake" is amazing!
