Tempura Tatsumi 天麩羅巽 1st visit — a 6 seats counter located inside the Palace Hotel’s Japanese restaurant. Very high quality food for a hotel restaurant. 5 types of salt (Sakura, soba, macha, seaweed and Okinawa sea salt) to pair with different dishes. Loved the awabi, hotaru ika and spring mountain vegetable. Also enjoyed the extensive sake list. •
