Bouyourou 望洋楼 — the one and only high end ryokan in Japan specializing in crab kaiseki. Had a 1.5kg Echizen Gani to myself, tried my best but still couldn’t finish (the leftover was deshelled and served at breakfast the next morning). Through pricy, both quality and quantity were unparalleled. •
