Manoir マノワ 1st visit — classic decor and French cuisine with focus on game. Both portion sizes and seasoning are on the heavier side for Japanese standard. Good value hearty meal and very decent wine list. •

13 Roumier Bussiere — dark fruit dominant, firm, concentrated and muscular
88 Louis Remy CdlR — first vintage under Chantal Remy. Nicely aged, light bodied, rustic old school style, still got some juicy fruit. Interesting bottle.
11 Miriors Les Saugettes Poulsard — I do appreciate the purity and elegance but the price tag is just too irrational.
