Wajo 1st visit — a new Italian restaurant by Hasegawa Minoru group in Daikanyama. Open kitchen with a spacious white counter where chef Kobayakawa san and his team perform a fun cooking show. The interaction and chemistry among them was pleasant to watch. Freshly made Schiacciata bread and tagliolini pasta were amazing, though the awabi dishes were slightly under seasoned. Overall a very nice dinner and booking the whole counter made it even more enjoyable. •
