Fantastic location with nice ambiance, excellent front of the house staff and a very enthusiastic sommelier. It could be a fabolous restaurant if the food would be on the level of the service and the surroundings. the only stand out dish is a the signature mushroom salad Savoie and the of course their cheese trolley. And this is it!!

They use mostly wild caught fish from all over the world, included New Zealand, Norway etc. The Otsumami included some nice bites but was way to short for my taste. They use mostly wild caught fish from all over the world, included New Zealand, Norway etc. The Otsumami included some nice bites but was way to short for my taste. The meal offered only 6 sushi bites and it is priced by CHF 299.00. The home made mochi filled with atsuki beans as a dessert was not a memorable finish of the meal. You could do it better! Less
