Chef Kenichi Arimura from Kagoshima is doing his best to serve you an authentic Omakase meal. They use mostly wild caught fish from all over the world, included New Zealand, Norway etc. The Otsumami included some nice bites but was way to short for my taste. The meal offered only 6 sushi bites and it is priced by CHF 299.00. The home made mochi filled with atsuki beans as a dessert was not a memorable finish of the meal. You could do it better!
