Finall back to Hamburg and exploring a new restaurant called Bianc ⭐️⭐️ by Chef Matteo Ferrantino. It was an enjoyable meal with some critic on the kitchen servings…. Nothing to eat after sitting at the table for 60 minutes. The first course - out of 6 plus dessert arrived only after 90 minutes 🙄🙄
The well prepared and impressive amuse bouches came all the same time and offered a beautiful and colorful candy store like table. Each of them was an umami bomb!!
The fish and the meat course were. both disappointing. I wish, we had more of those impressive small appetizer.
