This was a dinner which will be long remembered. From the moment we were seated in the bar to have our welcome drink and amuse bouche to the end of our evening everything was perfect. We have decided to eat a´la carte instead of a tasting menu. Two incredible starters, sardines and mackerel with dijon mustard flavoured sorbet and lobster served with lobster bisque and chilled melon pearls.
