This was a dinner which will be long remembered. From the moment we were seated in the bar to have our welcome drink and amuse bouche to the end of our evening everything was perfect. We have decided to eat a´la carte instead of a tasting menu. Two incredible starters, sardines and mackerel with dijon mustard flavoured sorbet and lobster served with lobster bisque and chilled melon pearls. For mains we had veal chops, which was served on the bones and the waiter cut it by the table. Sirloin aged for 30 days cooked also to perfection. Classic crepe suzette a crazy good apple cake, petit four with our coffee and tea. The wine list is thick like and encyclopaedia, our sommelier was very helpful to recommend some local wine for us. Service all the way was professional and yet very friendly and communicative.
