Memories is located in the stunning complex of Grand Resort of Bad Ragaz. The restaurant itself is a wonderful marriage of an old and grand room and trendy and modern design focused on wood.
They forage for natural produce in the surrounding forests and mountains. Memories, interpreting the new Swiss alpine cuisine in a bold, minimalist style to create authentic, holistic taste experiences that are closely linked with nature.

Outstanding 12 course tasting menu in this only three weeks old restaurant. New Alpine Swiss kitchen and mostly Swiss wine pairing. Chef Sven Wassmer and his whole team very attentive and informative.
