The joy of travel — exploring different cultures to see how they do seafood.

@cervejariaramirooficial is seventh heaven for shellfish.

Spider crab brought out like a trophy beforehand and prepared with the “mustards” cooked in the head for dipping.

Scallops cooked intact with all the good stuff.

Percebes, aka dragon feet, aka goose barnacles, celebrated in mural and at table, bursting with juice and just such tactile fun to dispatch.
