Another stunning serving @restaurant_at in Paris - scallop, chestnut and white truffle. Wonderful textures and the mist lovely fragrances coming together beautifully 👌

The iconic signature dish by @atsushitanaka360 @restaurant_at in Paris - gently cooked crab meat in a hearty crab bisque surrounded a little ‘solar system’ of pickled carrot. Very good indeed 👌

Some scenes from a very smart and extremely delicious dinner at @restaurant_at. So good to be back after five years.

Every plate was beautiful executed, with superb cooking and deep flavor. Wines are all natural, and I discovered some new treasures.

For me, an essential Paris table.
