The famous chocolate croissant from @andersenmaillard that looks like something from a dream - I had been eager to try this one for a while and just recently a found the time to stop by. The visually beautiful pastry is filled with chocolate ganache in the bottom. I have no issue paying DKK 38 (5 euros) for a small piece of pastry but if I do, I expect it to be very good. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The ganache was delicious and creamy but not enough to compensate for the very dry croissant dough with almost no taste of butter. In other words: Decent, but not at all as divine as it looks. I was also disappointed to realise that the person at the counter wasn't able to tell me which kind of chocolate they use. Again - when you pay 5 euros for pastry the size of a bun, you should be able to get an explanation about the product. .
