Hake, white soy, daikon, salted pistachios and kohlrabi by @brianmarkhansen @soelleroed_kro - a brilliant dish based on the exceptional quality of this particular piece of hake, which was super firm and juicy. That combined with the subtle Asian flavours made it very, very good!
