@d_berlin is not only a world-class chef but also an enthusiastic hunter, thus several of the animals served @danielberlinkrogiskanetranas have been shot by Daniel himself, including this beautiful duck, which after some ageing is served in many different preparations. Being a great restaurant is not only about inventing new dishes. It is also about refining those you already have. This bird liver mousse rolled in dried spice bread is a good example. It was already amazing when I tried the predecessor two years ago but @d_berlin has managed to take it even further with a more subtle taste of warm spices and the addition of the thin, crispy flake of beetroot takes it to the next level. Mark my words: @danielberlinkrogiskanetranas will eventually get three @michelinguide stars ⭐⭐⭐
