A slightly twisted version of the signature with shrimps, horseradish and wasabi @restaurantjordnaer - this time with a tartar of oysters. To my surprise, it worked very well too despite the lack of sweetness from the shrimps. Instead, the sweetness came from a beautiful 2018 Scharzhofberger by @weingut_egonmueller_scharzhof - I can deal with that 😋
