If you bump into Flip Dejaeghere aka @flipworldfoodie_ at a restaurant then the general rule of thumb is that you will be eating very well, as it’s most likely an excellent restaurant. A light lunch (🙄) with two of my favs, @virginiaannenewton and @hayhay_hailz (❤️), turned into a great little catch up between the four of us at @esmee_cph in Copenhagen. Very much worth a visit while you are in Copenhagen

Another contender for this year's line-up of my favourite dishes is definitely this stunning serving of turbot by @andreasbagh @esmee_cph - cooked at the rotisserie and served with a rich, buttery sauce filled with fish roe - swipe to see the final result.
Esmée is certainly one of my new favourites in town thanks to the perfectly cooked food, excellent service and wonderful ambience.
