This hotdog served @bistropanpan is probably the best I've ever had. Soft and airy bun, a juicy red curry sausage made by the incredible @slagterjacob, lobster, lobster mayonnaise, coriander as well as pickled and fried onions respectively. A hotdog in perfect balance and with so much flavour. Thank you, @dorte_kok and @caspersobczyk - I wish you the best of luck with this masterpiece at the coming Danish hotdog championships
