My recent meal at Costes, Budapest, the first Michelin starred restaurant of the country (back in 2011) now under a new chef Jeno Racz, offering a bravely spiced, eclectic international, delicious menu.

A @costes_restaurant signature dish throughout 10 years - everything from the pigeon cooked in different ways. Very tasty, juicy pigeon, which I enjoyed. I was less impressed by the side serving with beetroot which was too earthy .
