Caviar, raw shrimps and peas in various textures. Flavour-wise a very nice combination and with a little fine tuning of the pea soup leading to an even more smooth texture this dish @kildenihaven would be even better. Kilden in Tivoli is a great lunch spot whenever you need a break from the carrousels 😊
