Dinner at Hotel Frederiksminde

Raw shrimps served with lovage oil, horseradish and white asparagus @hotelfrederiksminde - a super delicious and perfectly balanced dish. Some will notice that it looks similar to a dish @restaurantjordnaer, which again has made it as a homage to @reneredzepinoma and @nomacph - I cannot say who come first but they're all great.
