Brilliant dish @the_omnia with a dome of duck liver mousse (not foie gras) filled with duck rillettes. Thin discs of jalapeños gave a wonderful spicy touch to this beautifully composed dish.

In December, I went to @zermatt.matterhorn to experience the dining scene of this stunning skiing paradise. The discovery of the trip was the one Michelin-starred @the_omnia, that serves a modern, produce-driven cuisine. This dish consisting of blue mussels, sea urchin and potato was one of the highlights from the wonderful meal. Definitely a must when visiting Zermatt.
