Reindeer in three servings at ⭐️ Michelin-starred @restaurantcredo in Trondheim.

First pan-fried heart of reindeer, then a creamy yet light blood pudding with lingonberries and finally a skewer of reindeer tongue. A very delicious serving at this great restaurant with a strong focus on local produce and sustainability
