I had the best asparagus of my life served a couple of weeks ago at ⭐⭐⭐ @victorshotelschlossberg @christianbau in the Mosel wine region. The asparagus - coming from Robert Blanc in Provence - were cooked to perfection and served with sumak, yuzu confit and miso hollandaise. It looks so simple but the taste of this dish was unbelievable.
