@nicola_fanetti has really refined his cuisine since the opening day of @restaurantbrace - his implementation of Nordic flavours isn't forced at all - it just adds more layers to his brilliant, product-driven cooking. This perfectly cooked risotto with courgette and pine spruce pesto and freshly shaved truffle was just utterly delicious and I can only recommend you to stop by and try it.
