Fresh butterflies served in a butterfly bouillon. It has until now not been allowed to serve butterflies within the EU but @restaurantalchemist has applied for permission and is is now legal to serve it. Rich in protein, it might future source of protein in a future with less meat.
PS. Only farmed butterflies are allowed to serve in order to secure that none of them carries poisonous plant material with them.

One man's trash is another man's treasure. While the Russians consider the king crab (Kamchatka crab) one of their most prestine delicacies, many Norwegians, especially the fishermen, consider it a plaque. The king crab is an invasive species that spreads rapidly and therefore it is now allowed to catch it during its spawning season.
