PS. Only farmed butterflies are allowed to serve in order to secure that none of them carries poisonous plant material with them.

One man's trash is another man's treasure. While the Russians consider the king crab (Kamchatka crab) one of their most prestine delicacies, many Norwegians, especially the fishermen, consider it a plaque. The king crab is an invasive species that spreads rapidly and therefore it is now allowed to catch it during its spawning season. Therefore, @restaurantalchemist now serves the roe together with the often forgotten collar of the king crab, which is often discarded. Tested for @360eatguide
