Something that might look very simple and basic sometimes appear to absolutely astonishing and delicious. That was the case with this serving by Slovenian @anaros40 who made a guest appearance at @_terrarestaurant_ just before Christmas. The dish consisted of barley cooked in pork broth flavoured with rose water together with the flesh as well as the kernels of apricots.
