Back @soelleroed_kro for the first time in almost two years (how could that happen?!). I'm glad that everything is still the same, meaning that the service as impeccable and smooth as always and the cuisine delicious and classic yet with a unique touch in every dish by @brianmarkhansen - this halibut with gooseberry barbeque marinade and a bonito-based dashi with yuzu is a perfect example of Mr. Hansen's ability to create just that. Bravo!
