The best dessert I've had in a very long time: sheep yoghurt mousse, pine, crystallized honey and sorrel sorbet. Extremely elegant textures playing more on different nuances of creaminess and lots of different aromas and flavours without being too overwhelming. Well done, @whitey_food - the Michelin star might very well return to @studiocph soon!
