Mangalitsa pork is probably my favorite produce from Hungary. The meat of the woolen pig is so flavorful and juicy. In this case @st.andreaborbar it was served with beans fermented in a traditional Hungarian way by putting them into a jar with a piece of bread to start the fermentation. Very good! .

The Hungarian dish lecso is similar to the French ratatouille and very delicious. You can get it at almost any Hungarian restaurant but in a less refined version than this lovely dish @st.andreaborbar in Budapest. Gently cooked bell peppers and onion mixed with paprika act as the base for this dish and the chorizo like sausage and the egg just brought an extra layer to it.
