Sometimes, all it takes is some good bread and butter, and oh boy, they do serve some serious stuff @koancph - this brioche like milk donut goes straight from the hot oil to the table where it is served with salted whipped cream. @kristianbaumann is simply brilliant!

This serving consisted of dumplings with minced wild duck thigh served with maitake mushroom purée, fried garlic and a sauce based on caramelised onions, berries and chili oil
