I rarely post pictures of beef anymore but when I do ... beautifully marbled real A5 Kobe beef (don't know who he has sold his soul to in order to get it) served by the generous and crazy (in the best way possible) @madscortsen at the recent celebration of the 5 year anniversary of @cortsendining. I estimate that every guest got 30-40 grams of meat but the impression and excitement lasts longer than a ton of regular beef. What a treat!

Flashback to a wonderful dinner by @cortsendining last year - this beautiful lobster serving with caviar and kamut pepper was really, really good!
