@bargebrussels is one of the most recent additions to the high quality part of the dining scene in Brussels. The ambience is very casual but the food is certainly on a fine dining level. Excellent produce and a high level of skill. This dessert with chestnuts, coffee, caramel and Belgian waffle was delicious as well as very pretty
