Inspired by his father who use his barbeque in all sorts of weather, @yveslelay came up with this nothing short of spectacular serving of grilled quail breast served with shallots, sautéed corn, polenta, herb butter and - finally - the most amazing sausage made of quail, chicken and foie gras. Pêche Melba - a tribute to the original dessert invented by Escoffier back in 1893 at Hotel Savoy in London. This one is served @aterre.dk and consists of a compote of peach covered by a thin shell of white chocolate imitating a real peach. It is served with raspberries filled with dulce de leche and a wonderfully light vanilla ice cream. I great dish by @yveslelay to finish off a great meal at À Terre
