Some creations are simply timeless and this caviar "layer cake" served at three Michelin-starred @waldhotel_sonnora in Germany definitely belongs to this category. It was created by Helmut Thieltges several years ago. He tragically passed away three years ago but his legendary dishes are carried on by his former right hand, @clemensrambichler. The "cake" has a bottom layer of crispy potato rösti topped with veal tartar, creme fraiche and finilly caviar. Absolutely divine!
