@chevalblanc_by_peter_knogl is - together with @kolbeckjenspeter - one of the best sauciers, I've come across. This beurre blanc flavoured with bergamot almost made me cry - unbelievably refined and precise. The perfectly cooked lobster was delicious as well but it was the sauce that made this dish nothing short of spectacular - certainly on a ⭐⭐⭐ level. @grandhotellestroisrois
