@restaurant_haervaerk has always been a safe haven in Aarhus for people looking for excellent cooking without any fuss - I’ve simply never had a bad meal at this location.
When Hærværk opened in 2014, they were among the first to highlight local, sustainable produce and this is still the backbone of their approach to cooking.
