You rarely get an entire lobster tail as a part of an extensive tasting menu but @108cph you do. And what a luxury! The perfectly cooked Danish lobster was served with a sauce based on lobster heads and strawberries from @rokkedysse as well fresh strawberries with fennel and coriander. A wonderful dish by @kristianbaumann

Yesterday I posted a picture of the first dish on the current menu @108cph - it consisted of caviar and so did the last dish too (from the a la carte though). This has become one of @kristianbaumann 's signature dishes and I understand why. It consists of kelp ice cream topped with @gastrounika caviar surrounded by the most rich and intense freshly pressed hazelnut oil I've come across. Such a complex and delicious dessert with lovely textures. Simply world class. @108cph is a must-visit in Copenhagen.
