Brilliant serving of Danish lobster by @jakobdeneergaard @marchal.dk - the lobster was cooked to perfection, cut in pieces and returned to its original place again, easy for the guest to handle. The head had been emptied and then filled again with a fresh salad of peas, lettuce and chopped lobster meat. 30 grams of caviar on top 👌
