Butterflies - on paper certainly a controversial thing to eat but from a nutritional perspective a great source of protein (if you eat a lot). These were served @restaurantalchemist during the celebration dinner for @elbullifoundation_ferranadria - these are farmed, not wild butterflies. Would you eat a butterfly?
