Beautiful apple tart with vanilla ice cream @marchal.dk - fresh, creamy and intense 😋

A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of being invited to take part in a wonderful dinner and tasting with @domainejacquesselosse at @marchal.dk organized by @lespritduvin. The dinner included this juicy breast of guinea fowl, pommes purée and a serious amount of caviar by @rossinicaviar - pure pleasure in deed.
