Something that might look very simple and basic sometimes appear to absolutely astonishing and delicious. That was the case with this serving by Slovenian @anaros40 who made a guest appearance at @_terrarestaurant_ just before Christmas. The dish consisted of barley cooked in pork broth flavoured with rose water together with the flesh as well as the kernels of apricots. It was like receiving a hug from your grandmother while simultaneously stepping into unknown territory. A brilliant dish that I would love to experience again @hisafranko 👌
