In Copenhagen, @restaurant_ark proves that plant-based dining doesn’t have to be boring or preachy. I came in skeptical, but left impressed.

Fully vegan, highly sustainable, and driven by foraging and low-intervention wines, this is a restaurant with a clear philosophy.
