Fried foie gras with rhubarb at ⭐️⭐️⭐️ @hotelbareiss in The Black Forest in Germany. Unfortunately, I wasn't as excited about Bareiss as @jeffrey_merrihue and @wyahaw who were there recently as well. I love the old school French cuisine but it lacked the last 10 percent of sharpness and quality. Hopefully they just had a bad day .
