The snacks from last weekend's gourmet take-away by @alan.g.bates and his team @studiocph - tiny tarts with smoked trout, trout roe and dashi gel as well as grilled sourdough bread with chicken liver mousse and radicchio. Very tasty indeed!

I had the pleasure of testing last weekend's take-away menu from @studiocph by @alan.g.bates and his team. An excellently executed menu with the first dish being this lobster salad with gently cooked lobster, grilled lettuce, kale and fresh peas. I'm really looking forward to visiting the restaurant when they open again.
