The other day, I had the pleasure of dining @marvogben, which was taken over by a team of very talented guys last year. This bib gourmand restaurant is in my opinion serving very refined food leaning more towards a @michelinguide ⭐️, for instance this sautéed squid with leeks and an amazing bouillon of onions and chicken stock tasting like a perfect stir-fry in Bangkok - without any Asian ingredient in it. Bravo! .
